Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Traclad, your satisfaction and trust are paramount. This policy outlines the conditions for returning products purchased from us. We offer a 7-calendar-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Please note that monetary refunds are strictly limited to instances where the product is received damaged or incorrect; for all other eligible returns (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind), we gladly offer exchanges or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds (Strictly Conditional)

Traclad only offers a monetary refund under two specific circumstances:

  1. The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  2. The item is not exactly as shown in the picture (i.e., you received an incorrect product).

If your return is approved under these conditions, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to return an item that does not meet the criteria for a monetary refund (e.g., you simply need a different size, colour, or changed your mind), we will gladly offer:

Store Credit for the value of the original purchase.

A Product Exchange (subject to stock availability).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return (specifying whether it is a refund request for damage/incorrect item, or an exchange/store credit request).

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
